We are studying on processing technologies that contribute to a sustainable society, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and food industries. We will create new technologies that enable manufacturers to realize cutting-edge productions.
医薬や食品の「乾燥」，「凍結」，「貯蔵」と関わる課題に取り組みます。製品中の熱と物質の移動メカニズムを理解し，製品の構造や品質変化のダイナミクスを制御することを目指します。
We work on issues related to the “freezing”, “drying”, and “preservation” of pharmaceutical and food products. We aim to understand the mechanisms of heat and mass transfer in products, and to control the dynamics of product structure and quality changes.
